Hydro-Com Version 2.2.0
In April Hydronix will release Hyrdo-Com version 2.2.0 at the Bauma 2016 trade fair in Munich. This will be the most powerful Hydro-Com to date, featuring new options to service engineers, including:
- Access and control any sensor from anywhere.
- Centralize Quality Management functions to save production costs.
- Suitable for a single engineer servicing just one installation, to global producers monitoring numerous plants and hundreds of sensors.
- Simplifies sensor monitoring to control costs.
Sensor Interface Module
This new SIM02 is fully USB compatible and allows multiple SIMs to be connected to a single machine or network.
Hydro-Probe Orbiter, Sensor for Rotating Pan Mixers
In addition to incorporating the same features and functionality of the Hydro-Mix sensors, this new sensor now has on-board memory that stores data about the Sensing Arm’s performance and relays this to the Hydro-Probe Orbiter Head Unit when connected to improve performance and to simply changing arms.
Sensor Ducting Systems
In response to increasing demand in the agricultural sector, Hydronix introduces two ducting systems that will control the flow of organic granular material over a Hydr0-Mix sensor to simplify installation and improve performance.
Cables
Hydronix recommends using the new 0975A Cable which conforms to FCC and CE EMC requirements and is backward compatible with the 0975.
